Material Handling & Coordination
End-to-end material management for industrial construction, capital expansions, and plant shutdowns. We take the complexity of material logistics off your plate so your project stays on schedule and on budget.
Division Services
Laydown Yard & Staging Management
We establish and manage on-site laydown yards for capital projects and shutdowns — organizing, labeling, and tracking materials for fast retrieval during active work. Fabricated pipe spools, structural steel, and equipment stored safely and efficiently.
Material Receiving & Verification
Our team receives vendor deliveries and verifies against purchase orders before anything reaches the job. We inspect for damage, shortages, or substitutions and coordinate with procurement teams to resolve discrepancies on the spot.
Material Kitting for Shutdowns & Outages
Before your shutdown starts, we pre-kit every material required for each work package. Crews get exactly what they need, when they need it — eliminating wrench-turn delays caused by missing or mislabeled materials.
Rigging & Lifting Coordination
We coordinate all rigging, crane lifts, and heavy equipment movements on site. Lift plans and sequence schedules developed for capital expansion projects, executed by certified riggers and experienced lift supervisors.
Just-in-Time Delivery Coordination
We schedule and coordinate vendor deliveries to arrive exactly when needed on your project. No overstock, no site clutter — delivery windows managed around active work to keep conditions safe and schedules on track.
Procurement Coordination Support
We assist project managers with material takeoffs and purchase order tracking, interfacing with vendors, distributors, and fabricators on delivery schedules. Real-time material status updates keep your team informed.
Transportation & Hauling
Our in-house fleet of 18-wheelers, dump trucks, and flatbeds moves materials from our fabrication shop directly to your job site. Heavy haul and oversized load logistics coordinated as needed — no third-party delays.
The material coordination your project has been missing
We're already on your job site.
As a full-service industrial contractor, we're managing your construction, piping, and mechanical work. Letting us coordinate materials too eliminates the gap between your procurement team and your field crews.
Zero-delay shutdown execution.
Material delays are the #1 cause of shutdown overruns. Our pre-kitting and just-in-time model ensures your crews have exactly what they need, when they need it — keeping your outage on its critical path.
Safety-first at every lift.
Our zero-TRIR safety record extends to every rigging and material handling operation. All lifts are planned, documented, and executed by experienced, OSHA-compliant personnel.
